How to go there:

• From Tokyo loop line "Yamanote". Change at station Shinbashi for the Yurikamome line. In case it's your first time in Tokyo,it's very interesting, it's a monorail with a great view on the sea. Get out at station Kokusaitenjijomae and follow other people.During an exhibition, everybody goes there.
• From Tokyo Rinkai line. Get out at xxx. Not as straightforward as the Yurikamome but straight out from the station. You have towalk about 10 ~ 15 minutes.
